1. How safe are my belongings?

The items you store at The Storage Company are secure thanks to our excellent security features, which include:

  • Log of each customer’s use of the facility and storage unit

 

2. Do I need to use my own lock?

No, you will have a key to lock your storage unit. As well, you will need an electronic pass code to enter our gated area.

 

3. Can I access my storage unit at any time?

Because we know that sometimes you need to get into your storage unit after hours, we offer well-lit and secure 24-hour access to your unit, seven days a week.

Yes, we have units that can accommodate most passenger vehicles, small recreational vehicles, and small trailers. 

 

7. What’s the difference between temperature-controlled units and climate-controlled units?

Our climate-controlled self-storage units regulate not only temperature but humidity to better protect your belongings from damage caused by moisture.

 

8. What if I want to rent a self-storage unit for a short period of time?

We have short- and long-term leases, so you can get the space you need for the length of time you need it.
